Pufferfish would like to extend our warmest congratulations to the team at the London Stock Exchange on the successful launch of their new “opening ceremony” – bringing back the old drama of the opening bell, but with a modern twist! The centerpiece of the new show is a custom built PufferSphere XXL system, which displays the countdown to market opening and thereafter a digital globe complete with up to the minute market information.
The display features our largest HardBall sphere ever made, a whopping 1.8m diameter internally coated acrylic screen, powered by a 30,000 lumen Digital Projection Lighting projector. Content is fed via Hippotizer media servers, with geo-tagged live market updates being fed via a Scala system.
