Miami Nice - DV Dreams VJ set, LIV 2010

When Pufferfish rental partner Video West took along a PufferSphere XL to Miami super-club LIV they ended up having a busy weekend! The installation for a show by DJ Tiesto - the World's Number One DJ - would have been cool enough, but by coincidence LIV was also hosting the NFL Draft, broadcast live on ESPN to an audience of 6 million sportsfans and the ideal place to show off a little spherical branding for the venue live on prime time. Perhaps the most exciting thing to come out of the PufferSphere's short stay in Magic City was the VJ set recorded by DV Dreams, aka Luis, resident VJ LIV, who loved the sphere so much he stayed behind til the small hours to play with it. What he came up with, using the sphere and LIV's plethora of existing AV goodies was well worth the late night! Fantastic Stuff Luis!!

Pufferfish thawed out under the unseasonably warm Phoenix sunshine, boasting the biggest balls in town at the PGA tour opener at Scottsdale, Arizona. Pufferfish delivered the installation with the help of the very excellent Video West, who loved the PufferSphere so much that they are now the proud new owners of the first two PufferSphere XL rental-units to be available in the US of A. Sponsoring brands such as Heineken and Coors took pride of place on the spheres during the day, but the night time saw Pufferfish and Video West boost up the Hippo and VJ their little socks off. Pufferfish are delighted to be able to welcome Video West to the growing global Pufferfish clan and can recommend their ball-skills as highly as any of those seen on the fairways!

When Renegade Lighting and XL Video requested the presence of a PufferSphere XL at a Star-studded dinner to raise money and awareness for children's charity Shine, Pufferfish were delighted to oblige. Close collaboration with old friends and global video supremos XL Video and the gurus at Renegade Lighting ensured that the PufferSphere looked right at home in London's stunning Roundhouse. Show control was provided via our beloved Hippotizer V3, allowing Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Trevor MacDonald amongst others to deliver their messages of support via the spherical screen. But it was the special Birthday performance from the effervescent and ever-so-lovely Lulu that set the hearts of the PufferTeam racing and spurred the assembled dignitaries to dig out their dancing shoes - with Secretary of State Ed Balls ably demonstrating that he's more than just a political mover and shaker.

Pufferfish go Kommando, November 2008

Pufferfish were delighted to add to the party atmosphere when they rolled in on pioneering Glasgow- and London-based marketing geneticists Kommando for a wee house-warming party at their new country pile. Heart'n'Soul Beautiful Octopus Club 2007

Pufferfish teamed up with London charity Heart'n'Soul, an arts organisation for young people with learning disabilities. We took along a PufferSphere to their 'Beautiful Octopus Club', hoisted it above the dance floor and sat back to let the Heart'n'Soul VJs dazzle the crowd with their newly honed skills. A fantastically fun night and one that will live long in the memory of Heart'n'Soul and the Pufferfish team.

INTEROP Conference Party May 2007

The INTEROP Conference Party was a chance for the cream of the IT industry to let their collective hair down. The PufferSphere® presided over the eagerly anticipated CMP INTEROP Annual Dance-Off at the exclusive Tryst Nightclub in the Wynn Casino. The giant disco ball we delivered certainly inspired the delegates to bust some of the funkiest, if not funniest, moves known to man.

1000 Volt First Birthday Party

In March 2007, pioneering Turkish post-production house 1000 Volt used the PufferSphere® to celebrate their meteoric rise to glory. Pulsating with complementary branding and bespoke 1000 Volt Birthday content, the PufferSphere® formed a stunning centre-piece for their inaugural birthday party. Structurally, the PufferSphere® acted to break up the open-plan event-space, aiding circulation and cultivating the intimate atmosphere that 1000 Volt desired.
